Born and raised in Brazil in a traditional coffee-producing family, and with Italian heritage and citizenship, Junior Cardoso spent ten years in the USA, where he graduated with a degree in International Business and co-founded Bean Belt Coffees. He served as the head of operations for green coffee distribution in the US market. Later, he moved to the UK to manage Royalty Coffees' operations in the UK and EU countries as one of the founders. Junior also oversees local sourcing within the Brazilian community, leveraging his deep cultural understanding to enhance our sourcing practices. His efforts ensure quality, traceability, and transparency at every step. In his spare time, Junior enjoys running and drinking coffee.
