Our Partners

Mantissa Coffees – Single Origin

Mantissa was founded with a commitment to producing exceptional, high-quality coffees through dedicated cultivation and sustainable practices. Nestled in the mineral-rich, volcanic soil regions of Campestre, Machado, and Poço Fundo in South Minas Gerais, Brazil, Mantissa operates two key farms: Fonte Alta Farm and Subasio Farm. Positioned at elevations ranging from 1,110 to 1,280 meters, these farms benefit from the unique volcanic soils that elevate each coffee’s natural acidity and complexity, crafting vibrant, region-specific flavors.

Offering Single Farm coffees that score between 83 and 88 points, Mantissa cultivates varieties such as Yellow Bourbon, Arara, Yellow Catucaí, and Icatu, processed using Natural, Pulped Natural, and Anaerobic Fermentation methods. This dedication to sustainable and traceable coffee practices ensures that each cup highlights the distinctive qualities of each farm’s terroir, from classic Brazilian notes of chocolate and caramel sweetness to more funky, clean, and fruity profiles featuring hints of yellow fruits.

CAPECA – Regional Coffee

Our new partnership with Capeca Cooperative, an esteemed collective of coffee growers located in Campos Altos, Brazil, within the renowned Cerrado Mineiro region. This partnership represents a pivotal chapter for us as we continue our mission of sourcing exceptional specialty coffees from the world’s best origins.

Founded in 1974, Capeca Cooperative has grown into one of the most respected cooperatives in the region, representing over 450 coffee-growing families. The cooperative spans an impressive 9,135 hectares of production area, with an annual output of 150,000 (60-kg bags) of coffee, making it a significant contributor to the specialty coffee sector. Capeca’s coffees are well-regarded for their quality and consistency, often finding their way to roasters across the globe, thanks to the joint efforts of our friends Bruno and Roberta from Capeca. This strong collaboration ensures that the finest coffees from Campos Altos reach new markets, connecting Brazilian farmers with roasters worldwide.

We’re excited to offer a curated selection of PSS samples from Capeca, ideal for espressos and blends.
