This collaboration brings estate-level traceability, microlot excellence, and generational expertise directly to roasters in the United Kingdom, European Union, and the United States — under our Direct Trade model.
Where Excellence Begins – Villa Rica, Pasco, Peru
Villa Rica is located between 1,000 and 2,000 meters above sea level — an altitude range ideal for high-quality specialty coffees. With fertile valleys, rich biodiversity, and a unique balance of rainfall and sunlight, the area has become one of Peru’s most highly recognized coffee regions, officially protected as an Appellation of Origin.
According to the Villa Rica Coffee Appellation, the region’s coffees deliver:
- Citric & fruity acidity
- Caramel & chocolate aromas
- Medium body with clean finish
- A cup shaped by geography, climate, and human expertise
About the Farms
Fundo San Crispin and Villa Rica Highland are two distinguished coffee estates located in the renowned Villa Rica region of central Peru.
Founded in 1937, Fundo San Crispin is a family-owned estate and one of the region’s oldest coffee farms. It is renowned for its shade-grown coffees and its long-standing commitment to quality, sustainability, and exceptional Peruvian coffee.
Established in 1997, Villa Rica Highland comprises five farms, including Finca Schuler, spanning 496 hectares of coffee production and conservation areas. The estate operates its own milling facility, where all coffees from both estates are processed.
All coffees are milled at Villa Rica Highland and exported by Fundos Noche.
