Junior Cardoso

Head of Coffee

Born and raised in Brazil in a traditional coffee-producing family, and with Italian heritage and citizenship, Junior Cardoso spent ten years in the USA, where he graduated with a degree in International Business and co-founded Bean Belt Coffees. He served as the head of operations for green coffee distribution in the US market. Later, he moved to the UK to manage Royalty Coffees’ operations in the UK and EU countries. He also oversees local sourcing within the Brazilian community, leveraging his deep cultural understanding to enhance our sourcing practices. His efforts ensure quality, traceability, and transparency at every step. In his spare time, Junior enjoys running and drinking coffee.

George Korolewski

Senior Trader & Customer Development

Based in London, UK, he is a former Chartered Engineer with over 15 years of experience in the coffee industry. Originally starting his career in the Aerospace industry, his love for coffee and belief in its ability to bring people together led him to make a career change. He is a seasoned veteran in the coffee industry, utilizing his technical background to provide the best possible coffee experience for all who enjoy it. He is dedicated to ensuring that his customers are able to learn about each origin and the story behind each lot. Additionally, he is a coffee trader, specializing in sourcing and trading green coffee beans, further enhancing his expertise in the industry.

Daniely Oliveira

Accounting Manager

Originally from Vitoria, Brazil, and having lived in New York City for many years to complete her studies and develop her professional career, Daniely oversees the financial department of the company. She manages all accounts payable and receivable, interacting with all EU customers with transparency and efficiency. With a background in coffee that includes serving as Head of Operations for Unity Coffees in the USA, Daniely brings a wealth of experience to her role. Graduating with a degree in Business Administration, she has a deep passion for the world of coffee. In her free time, Daniely enjoys cooking and delving into everything she can about coffee quality. Her dedication and expertise are invaluable assets to our team.

Adelso Zamprogno

Sales Representative & Customer Relations

Born and residing in Brazil, Adelso brings a unique blend of experience and expertise to the coffee sector. With a degree in Aeronautical Sciences and nearing the completion of his Economics studies, he began his career at Latam Airlines, progressing from an airport agent to a sales team manager. His connection to the coffee industry started with his involvement in the family business, which has been operating for 38 years in coffee brokerage. Currently, Adelso is part of the sales team at Royalty Coffees, where he is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and meeting their demands. Outside of work, Adelso is an avid sports fan, enjoying American football, basketball, and Formula 1.
