Our journey began in Brazil, rooted in family values and a deep passion for coffee. Today, we have proudly expanded our reach, sourcing exceptional coffees from Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Central America, and East Africa.

Quality & Traceability

Our local sourcing teams work closely with our office-lab team to ensure rigorous checks, including pre-shipping samples, guaranteeing top quality and consistency in every bean. With pre-shipment inspections and carefully monitored container loading, we provide full traceability from farm to cup, ensuring every delivery meets your expectations.

Container Consolidation

Beyond our SPOT offerings, we provide Container Consolidation services, giving roasters flexible access to premium coffees with a minimum of 50 bags, optimizing logistics and reducing costs. By combining multiple smaller orders, we enhance efficiency, lower freight costs, and offer competitive pricing—ensuring fresh, fully traceable coffee with every shipment.

Transparent Pricing

At Royalty Specialty Coffees, 60% of revenue is allocated directly to farmers as fair compensation, while the remaining 40% supports the supply chain: 20% goes to logistics and outsourcing (covering warehousing, transportation, and quality control), 15% to operations (covering sales costs, team, and administrative expenses), and 5% covers financing costs required to provide upfront payments to partner farmers for Spot coffees. This balanced distribution supports an efficient and sustainable process from farm to cup.

Warehouse & Financing

We provide secure coffee storage in certified warehouses across Europe and North America. Our flexible contracts accommodate both SPOT coffees and Full Container Load (FCL) options under various shipping terms, including FCA (Free Carrier at warehouse of choice), DAP (door-to-door delivery), and FOB (Free on Board). Additionally, we offer specialized financing solutions to help roasters manage cash flow effectively and support sustainable business growth.
